Terms for using b4performance.com, the B4 Assessment, and the customized workout-plan workflow.

1. Acceptance

By using b4performance.com, the B4 Assessment, or related plan-delivery services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Service Description

B4 provides general fitness information, a structured Assessment, plain-language result direction, and internal review of submitted information. B4 manually decides and sends an appropriate workout plan or next step; completing the Assessment does not trigger automatic plan generation or delivery.

3. No Purchase or Coaching Relationship

The current website workflow does not offer checkout, public workout-plan sales, or personal-training appointments. Completing the Assessment does not create a medical, healthcare, fiduciary, or one-to-one coaching relationship.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the service only for lawful personal purposes, protect result links sent to you, and not attempt unauthorized access, interference, scraping, reverse engineering, or transmission of malicious code.

5. Fitness and Medical Disclaimer

Your use of the website, Assessment, and any workout plan is subject to our Fitness & Health Disclaimer. B4 does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or exercise clearance.

6. Intellectual Property

B4 branding, text, graphics, software, plan structure, exercise library, programming rules, and generated plan materials are owned by or licensed to B4 Performance LLC. You may use a plan delivered to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, publish, distribute, or commercially reproduce it.

7. Availability and Results

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but uninterrupted access and specific fitness outcomes are not guaranteed. Individual results depend on many factors outside B4’s control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, B4 Performance LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, Assessment, or plan materials. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing Law and Updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date on this page.
