This policy applies when you visit b4performance.com, use the B4 Performance Assessment at assessment.b4performance.com, receive a customized workout plan, or contact B4 Performance LLC (“B4,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Information We Collect

The main website may receive standard technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, and pages requested through hosting logs or privacy-conscious site measurement. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide.

The Assessment collects the contact and fitness-context information needed to provide a result and determine fulfillment. This may include your name, email address, age range, primary goal, training experience, schedule, session length, environment, equipment, current activity, consistency, nutrition, sleep, recovery, barriers, and responses used for the safety gate. We do not need payment information for this workflow.

3. How We Use Information

• Save and reconstruct your Assessment result.
• Route submissions for B4 review.
• Use the deterministic plan system internally when B4 prepares an appropriate workout plan.
• Send internal review notifications and related service messages.
• Route safety-related or unsupported configurations for internal review without automatically prescribing a workout.
• Provide support, protect the service, and diagnose operational problems.

4. Service Providers and Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers to operate this workflow, including Vercel for website hosting and runtime services, Neon for Assessment data storage, and Resend for transactional email delivery. These providers process information on our behalf under their applicable terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.

5. Data Minimization and Public Exposure

B4 does not place detailed Assessment answers, safety reason codes, medical information, or hidden internal scoring in public result URLs, customer email subjects, analytics events, or publicly accessible plan files. Result identifiers are opaque and used for routing.

6. Retention and Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain review records, resolve support issues, comply with legal obligations, and protect legitimate business interests.

7. Your Choices

8. Children

B4 Performance is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
